SUMMARY:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company equipment, including
processing equipment and forklifts.
Responsible for the safe handling of third-party property, such as customer products, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attendance. Being on time and working each scheduled shift is a critical component of
this position.
Follow assigned workflow schedule set by department lead or Production Manager
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
Follow all company safety guidelines
Always Perform department housekeeping
Maintain clean, well-organized, and safe workspaces

Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, stoop, etc. for prolonged periods of time.
Forklift certification or the ability to be certified.
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for timely routine preventative, and catastrophic maintenance of facilities,
and all heat-treating related processing equipment & furnaces, Including, but not limited to Induction, endothermic, batch tempers, quench tanks, heat exchangers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, fans, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. And design, fabrication, and/or repair/modification of custom induction coils, tooling, and mandrels. This is a hands-on, direct labor position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attendance. Being on time and working each scheduled shift is a critical component of
this position.
The ability to maintain an on-call status per company policy, as needed, as required is critical.
Follow all company safety guidelines, always. E.g. lockout / tag out, before, during, and
after repairs and prior to the release of production.
Maintain clean, well-organized, and safe workspaces.
Facilitate, administer, and maintain the company's documented preventative
the maintenance program, including timely reporting of statuses and results.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any processing equipment in a timely manner and
with the least amount of impact on production workflow.
Design, fabrication, repair, or modification of induction coils, tooling, mandrels, etc.
Interface with other department employees and managers to provide assistance and resolve issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and practical working knowledge of heat-treating equipment is a plus and
strongly recommended but not entirely required.
2 years minimum maintenance and/or millwright experience
MINIMUM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
2 years of minimum production maintenance
MINIMUM ADDITIONAL TRAINING:
No additional training is required
OTHER SKILLS:
- Knowledge, ability, and use of machining equipment, mill, lathe, etc.
- Use of precision measurement devices, such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Practical knowledge & experience of plumbing, electrical, water, gas, air, oil, etc.
- Ability to weld, solder & braze a variety of materials, including but not limited to:
mild steel
stainless steel
Aluminum
Copper
Brass
The ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents is preferred, but not required.
